*The "Tourism Dirham" is a minimal charge of AED 20 to be applied to all hotel guests. This fee is to be levied per bedroom per night.
Tourism Dirham will be introduced as of March 31st 2014 and must be paid by the guests at check out.
This fee will apply to all existing bookings post 31/03/14 as well as any new bookings.
 
MAINTENANCE       
       
Club Executive Lounge Closure at Madinat Jumeirah       
02 June 2019 until further notice       
Club Executive Lounge (Adults only) located on the 5th floor will be closed      
indefinitely from 02.06.19. All club rooms guests from now onwards will be      
accommodated in our The Palace Lounge (family lounge) located on the 1st floor.

PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL CLUB LOUNGES ARE CLOSED

Wild Wadi Waterpark™ opening hours will be from 10:00 until 17:00 starting from Thursday 14th January 2021 until 21st February 2021.

The waterpark will remain closed on Mondays

General rates and conditions

▪ All rates are shown in USD 
▪ The contracted Room Rates are per room per night and are inclusive of the current 10% Service Charge 7% Municipality Fee and 5% Value Added Tax (“VAT”)
▪ The Department of Dubai Tourism and Commercial Marketing Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 20 per bedroom per night is payable by the guest upon departure.
▪ To the extent that there is an introduction or increase in any taxes including but not limited to Value Added Tax (“VAT”) municipality fees or services charges at any time during the Term the Hotel reserves the right to increase the Rates and any other rates fees or charges under this Contract accordingly regardless of whether or not a confirmed booking has already been made.
▪ Contracted net payable BB Rate inclusive of Breakfast 
▪ Contracted net payable HB Rate inclusive of Breakfast Lunch or Dinner 
▪ The hotel reserves the right to withdraw the above mentioned offers with a 48 hours’ notice period
▪ Prepayment for Suites and Villas may be required upon booking confirmation over Peak and Festive
Season

 
Bedding Policy:
Each room can accommodate up to two adults and two children below 12 years old at no extra charge inclusive of breakfast. To accommodate 3 adults extra person charges apply
0  –  3.99 years  Baby cots are provided on a complimentary basis.  
4  –  11.99 years  Maximum of one  extra bed or built-in sofa bed will be provided at no extra charge. 
12 years and above  Extra person rates will apply on accommodation including breakfast and  extra bed. (For a roll-away bed rates are inclusive of breakfast).

Meal Supplements:
 
The Contracted BB Rates are based on Breakfast board basis for all guests and can be availed in Arboretum and French Riviera. 
In addition to all the above Club Lounge and Suite guests can avail breakfast their applicable lounge.
Guest may avail half board in a selection of Jumeirah restaurants within the resort and across Dubai as per Madinat Jumeirah’s Communications.  All meal supplements are non commissionable and Jumeirah reserves the right to revise Food and Beverage prices during the validity of the contract.

New Year: 
 
New Year's Eve Gala Dinner is compulsory on 31 December. 
Rates and Conditions will be advised at a later stage.
No check-in or check-out on 30 Dec, 31 Dec, 01 Jan.
Half board is not available on 31 December due to the Compulsory Gala Dinner.

Amendment Policy         
At any time changes in name date or duration will require a new booking to be made subject to availability and rate at that time.

No-Show Policy                  100% charge on total booking.
Early Departure Policy        100% of the booked period will be charged should a guest depart ahead of the booked date of departure. In case of advance payment the amount will be non-refundable. 
Peak and Festive:  
Suite & Malakiya Villas deposit Policy  10% deposit is required upon confirmation of the reservation for all suite categories. For Malakiya Villas and suites remaining balance to be paid      38 days prior to arrival day
